Patazine
2021The Patazine is a collaborative hybrid magazine. It was based on pataphysics which is a philosophy of the absurd. The main goal was to create a physical copy of the zine as well as make it hybrid which we did by the creation of AR filters. These could be accessed on certain pages via a QR code. My role on the magazine was to create page designs as well as design the AR snapchat and instagram filters. Through out the Patazine you experience confusion as none of the information makes sense - page numbers are random, different types of papers, multiple printing and cutting techniques used, pages turned upside down, filters that are random.
